OZmate Support
1. Contact
You can contact us from the in-app support form or by email.
Please include only the information needed to understand the issue, such as your OZmate account identifier, approximate time, screen name, and a short description. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or payment card numbers.
2. Safety Reports
Use the in-app report flow or support email to report harmful posts, messages, profiles, harassment, impersonation, or possible rights violations.
If there is an immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency services or police first. OZmate support can help with app safety handling and record review.
3. Account and Deletion
Account deletion is available in the app settings. If you cannot access your account, email support with enough information to identify the account.
For retention details, including direct messages that may remain in other participants' records, see the Privacy Policy.
4. Purchases and Billing
During the initial launch period, the workplace list is available for free. Payment buttons, purchase flows, Pro prompts, and ads are not shown in the initial release. Workplace comments posted during the launch campaign are recorded as candidates for free workplace-list access if the list becomes paid in the future. Free access requires operator review and approval of the account, submitted content, duplicates, false information, and personal-information issues. After approval, the same OZmate account can use the workplace list with no expiration after a future paid launch.
If a one-time paid App Store purchase is introduced in the future, purchase history, refund requests, and purchase restore are managed through your Apple ID purchase settings. If paid access does not unlock in OZmate, send the purchase date, visible error, and restore result to support.
5. Privacy Requests
Requests for access, correction, deletion, cessation of use, cessation of third-party provision, or other privacy matters can be sent to support.
